Rating by category:
Motel very clean with more than adequate facilities. There is a restaurant which was temporarily closed for dinner because the cook was unavailable. Breakfast was available in the restaurant at a reasonable cost. The manager/owner? was helpful in organising sightseeing activities and recommending a hotel for dinner.
Main issue for us was that the room heating was inadequate on the cold night we stayed.
Quiet location, friendly staff, on-site restaurant with good food.
I can't think of anything!!

This motel was perfect for our purposes - we had booked on the Wilderness Train.
All of the categories mentioned were tops. Excellent restaurant.
Some ants appeared behind the headboard of our bed. They were of no consequence as they did not invade our territory and did not worry us.
Food was great. The non slip bath mat was an excellent find as a safety precaution.

We arrived just after restaurant closed but proprieters made up meals for us. Rooms were well appointed and had a bath as well as shower.Close to Queenstown Wilderness Railway station.
